Warm-Up

     A comprehensive warm-up is important to perform before any workout or other physical activity.  Below is a video demos of foam rolling and a dynamic warm-up.  If you have a foam roller perform the foam rolling warm-up prior to the dynamic warm-up, if not just perform the dynamic warm-up prior to your workout. 

Foam Rolling

Roll back and forth on each body part for at least 10 times.  If on particular area feels particularly tight focus on that spot.

Dynamic Warm-Up

Perform the full dynamic warmup prior to each workout.
