Performance Evaluation

     Perform each of the following tests and submit the results using the form at the bottom of the page after you have completed all of them (please only submit once).  Feel free do do these on multiple days or re-do the tests for a better score, but only submit the scores once.  The only test that you might not be able to do is the pullup test.  If you do not have access to a pullup bar just mark an "X" for your score. 

Vertical Jump

300 Shuttle Run

Instructions
  • Mark out 25 yards of running space (ideally use a field with marked yard lines.).
  • Run 25 yards and back 6 times (totaling 300 yards).
  • Record your time to the nearest second.

1 Mile Run

Instructions
  • If possible perform this test on a track (4 laps = 1 mile), if you can not either mark out the distance or use a fitness tracker to calculate the distance.
  • When completed record your time to the nearest second.
