Team Programs

     Welcome to PSP's online training program!  Before beginning your training program please fill out the forum at the bottom of this page so we can put together a list of all athletes that are participating.

     Below you will find two separate links, one for the 10U and 12U teams and one for the 14U and 16U teams.  They will take you to the training program for your specific team.  

     Prior to starting your workouts there is an "Evaluation" link on your team's page.  Please perform this first to get your initial scores so we can re-test later and see how much progress you have made.  

     You will also find at the top of your page "Warm-Up" and "Cool-Down" links.  Do the prescribed warm-up prior to each workout and the cool-down following each workout.

     Each week will have four different workouts and new workouts will be added every week.  Do the workouts in order, you do not need to do them on specific days, but try to space them out over the week so that you do not build up excessive fatigue.  

     Each week of workouts has a link to your "Weekly Report".  Some exercises in the workouts will tell you to record your results to include in the weekly report.  Write these down as you go and submit the report only after you have completed all four workouts for the week (only submit scores once).  These results will be sent to your coaches to keep track of who is completing the workouts and how well you are doing.
