Week 5 - Conditioning

  • Drill #1
    • Sprint-Jog
      • Sprint 30 yards as fast as you can.
      • As soon as you finish, turn around and jog back to the start line at 50% speed.
      • As soon as you get back to the start line sprint 30 yards again.
      • Repeat until you have done 10 sprints total.
      • Rest 2:00 then do a second set of 10 sprints.
      • Rest 5:00 before performing the second drill.
  • Drill #2
    • Bear Crawl-Sprint 
      • Bear crawl 15 yards.
      • As soon as you finish, turn around and sprint back to the start line.
      • As soon as you get to the start line, bear crawl 15 yards again.
      • Repeat until you have bear crawled and sprinted 3 times.
      • Rest for 1:00.
      • Repeat 7 more times for a total of 8 Sets.
