- Instructions:
- Perform all sets of each exercise before moving on to the next one.
- Perform each exercise in the order presented.
- Rest Intervals:
- 10-20 seconds between repetitions
- 30-60 seconds between sets
- 1-2 minutes between exercises.
- Exercises:
- Lateral Bounds - 3 x 5 each
- 45 Degree Bounds - 3 x 5 each
- Tuck Jumps - 5 x 5
- Lateral Bounds -> Sprint - 2 x 3 each (sprint 10 yards after the jumps)
- 45 Degree Bounds -> Sprint - 2 x 3 each (sprint 10 yards after the jumps)
- Tuck Jumps -> Sprint - 2 x 5 (3 tuck jumps before each sprint) (sprint 10 yards after the jumps)
