Week 5 - Plyometrics

  • Instructions:
    • Perform all sets of each exercise before moving on to the next one. 
    • Perform each exercise in the order presented.
    • Rest Intervals:
      • 10-20 seconds between repetitions 
      • 30-60 seconds between sets
      • 1-2 minutes between exercises.

    • [Conses set up next to each other, about a yard apart]
      • Lateral Hops + Vertical Jump - 3 x 3 each (start right, then start left)
      • Lateral Hops + Broad Jump - 3 x 3 each (start right, then start left)
    • [Cones set up: one in front of you and one to the side]
      • Front/Side Hops + Vertical Jump - 3 x 3 each (start right, then start left)
      • Front/Side Hops + Broad Jump - 3 x 3 each (start right, then start left)
