- Shuffle to Sprint
- Mark off 15 yards.
- Shuffle 15 yards facing one direction then sprint back to the start line.
- Shuffle 15 yards facing the other direction and sprint back to the start line.
- Repeat this until you've done 3 repetitions on each side.
- Rest 1:00
- Repeat until you have done this 5 times
- Shuffle to Sprint
