Week 5 - Conditioning

  • Drill #1
    • Shuffle to Sprint 
    • Mark off 15 yards.
    • Shuffle 15 yards facing one direction then sprint back to the start line.
    • Shuffle 15 yards facing the other direction and sprint back to the start line.
    • Repeat this until you've done 3 repetitions on each side.
    • Rest 1:00
    • Repeat until you have done this 5 times
