- Sprint-Jog
- Sprint 30 yards as fast as you can.
- As soon as you finish, turn around and jog back to the start line at 50% speed.
- As soon as you get back to the start line sprint 30 yards again.
- Repeat until you have done 10 sprints total.
- Rest 5:00 before performing the second drill.
- (if possible time the first and last repetitions and record them to include in the Weekly Report)

- Drill #2
- Bear Crawl-Sprint
- Bear crawl 15 yards.
- As soon as you finish, turn around and sprint back to the start line.
- As soon as you get to the start line, bear crawl 15 yards again.
- Repeat until you have bear crawled and sprinted 3 times.
- Rest for 1:00.
- Repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 Sets.
